How it is made

All inner parts are made from steel ingot and forged with an anvil, by hand, one by one.
Special Cortesi’s Lock. V-springs of the lock without chain, working on head’s tumble by an anti-friction little wheel. Singular perfection and outstanding work in the making of the V-spring.
Double safety sears with their own single sheet spring- dove tail fitting.
Exceptionally drawn back position of the 2nd barrel hook. Demibloc barrels and hooks.
All parts, together with the gold inlays, are designed and made by Nerio Cortesi with a precious touch of XVIIIth century refined style.
